L 804:  Inspections and Plans of Corrections--All inspections are now unannounced. Providers must be available to conduct the inspection within 1 hour of the surveyor’s arrival.

 

L 900:  Administration and Organization--The agency nurse must develop a process to determine if a client is MF/MC. This process must include a comprehensive assessment and focus on the client’s health status.

 

L 902:  Administration and Organization--Provider service agreements shall include all requirements as listed in the private home care provider regulations.

 

L 1013: Private Home Care Provider Services—Supervisory visits must be completed timely and include all requirements outlined in the private home care provider regulations. The supervisory visit must focus on the client’s health status and be completed by the appropriate supervisor.

 

L1019:  Private Home Care Provider Services--Quality Improvement Program. The agency must maintain actual documentation of their quality improvement program and provide it during the inspection.
